Vibratory Polishing
Vibratory polishing, also known as mass finishing, is a process where parts are polished, deburred, and smoothed using abrasive media and controlled vibrations. This efficient technique ensures each component achieves a uniform, high-quality surface, essential for both aesthetic appeal and functional performance. Consistency and precision are key to delivering flawless results, making this step critical in the production chain.
At our facility, we have three vibrators dedicated to smaller parts, each designed to produce a superior finish. The use of abrasive material and rigorous process controls guarantees that each part is polished to meet exacting standards. After vibratory polishing, our parts undergo thorough inspections to ensure quality before moving to the final painting stage. This ensures that every component is not only visually perfect but also primed for durability in its end-use application.
