Our Smelting area is where the journey of transforming raw aluminum into high-quality molten metal begins. This state-of-the-art facility is pivotal in our production process, ensuring that we provide the best raw material for our die casting operations. 

At the heart of our production process lies our advanced smelting facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to transform raw materials into high-quality aluminum alloys. Whether working with fresh import ingots, recycled die-casted parts, or excess burrs from the die-casting process, we ensure that the smelting process consistently meets the highest industry standards. 

Our smelting facility is powered by three furnaces, designed to melt aluminum alloys efficiently and with precision. During the melting process, we employ advanced degassing techniques to eliminate any air or impurities, ensuring that the resulting metal meets the stringent standards required for further casting and machining processes.

Material Composition Analysis

Quality control is of utmost importance to us. After the ingots are produced, we conduct rigorous material analysis using our ultra-compact metal analyzer—a spectrometer that checks the precise composition of our aluminum alloys. This ensures that every batch of material, especially the ADC 12 aluminum alloy, adheres to the exact specifications needed for high-quality die casting.
