Our molds are a crucial asset in the die casting process, and we treat them with the utmost care. Here, we carry out preventive maintenance, perform full inspections, and ensure that each mold meets stringent quality standards before it goes into production.

Our mold maintenance process not only ensures the longevity of the molds but also maintains their accuracy, preventing any deviations that could affect the final product’s quality. Complex molds, which require intricate detailing and design, are often sourced from trusted partners in China. However, we take pride in being able to develop and maintain many of our molds in-house with the use of vertical machining centers.

Our commitment to quality doesn’t end with maintenance. We perform a thorough inspection of every mold before it is returned to the production line, ensuring its readiness and functionality for the high-pressure die casting process.

Tool Grinding:

Adjacent to our Mold Shop is the Tool Grinding Shop, where precision meets craftsmanship. This facility plays a critical role in the production of specialized tooling components and the maintenance of the tools used across various processes in our plant. Here, our team of skilled technicians ensures that every tool is honed to perfection, guaranteeing the smooth operation of our die-casting machinery and related facilities. 

Equipped with advanced machinery such as lathe machines, milling machines, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machines), internal and external grinders, and more, our Tool Grinding Shop can produce a wide range of precision tools and components in-house. . We also manufacture jigs, gauges, and instruments that contribute to quality control after each process.. The accuracy of these tools is crucial, as they directly impact the quality and efficiency of the entire production process.
