Die Casting Machines, equipped with Latest Technologies are replacing the old machines and likewise the Melting Furnaces, to maximize the efficiency and to minimize the negative impact on environment by saving energy and emitting lesser amount CO2. In an effort to achieve automation, we are switching to fully automated Die Casting Machines equipped with Auto Ladle, Auto Sprayer, Auto Extractor controlled by hi-tech Software.

At ZDC, we give great priority and interest in corporate safety and quality assurance. We strive to ensure safe operations by monitoring implementation of international standards and recommended industry practices. Strict adherence to Safety & QHSE policy and procedures during manufacturing operations helps in maintaining a safe workplace environment. We constantly strive to further develop functional and effective implementation of Safety Management System (SMS), Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Program, Employee Safety Management, Emergency Response Planning (ERP) and Fire Protection Services as well as a robust Quality Assurance Program encompassing overall operations of the factory.

Health, Safety & Environment Management (HSE)

ZDC has been proactive in understanding the needs of time and has launched the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiative. The objective of this program is to mature the factory’s HSE systems to a level which will eventually lead to OHSAS-18001 and ISO-14001 certification.

As part of this program, ZDC conducts factory HSE trainings, development of HSE objectives, implementation of HSE system procedures and management reviews to assess the continual effectiveness of the HSE system. These accomplishments will make ZDC a safer factory, paving the way for OHSAS and ISO certifications.
