Our Paint shop:

We operate three distinct paint shops, each designed to handle different types of components. Each paint shop features its own dedicated line, ensuring efficiency and quality control tailored to the specific needs of the parts being processed.

Before the painting begins, every component enters a pre-treatment room. Here, parts undergo thorough rinsing and cleaning, followed by either an alodine treatment or treatment with nitric acid to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance. This essential step prepares the surface for the subsequent lacquer application, guaranteeing a superior finish.

Once treated, the parts are sent to the respective paint shop, where high-quality lacquer is expertly applied. This protective coating not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also shields the parts from corrosion and wear. Our commitment to quality is reflected in the durability and impeccable appearance of the finished components.

Quality Assurance in the Paint Process:

To maintain our high standards, each painted part is subjected to rigorous quality checks. We use a salt spray test machine to evaluate the durability of the lacquer finish, ensuring it meets industry standards for corrosion resistance. Each part undergoes comprehensive visual inspections for uniformity and coverage, guaranteeing that every product leaving our facility is ready for assembly or delivery to the designated company.
